Deadlines, traffic, commutes, practices, tight schedules and appointments…these are all things that so many of us encounter on a daily basis but can keep our minds distracted and away from addressing areas in our lives which need to be dealt with. Try to find at least five minutes in your day where you can calm yourself. Let your body be still. Pay attention to what your soul tells you in those moments. Tune into what needs to be released, nurtured more, and addressed in order for you to continue becoming the best version of yourself.
