“for we do not want you to become lazy; but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised” Hebrews 6:12
We live in a microwave society. But we serve a crockpot God. We want to hurry and reach the destination…God is interested in our process. In between the time God gives us a Promise and when that Promise is fulfilled, there is often a time gap or waiting period. God uses these seasons of waiting to get us prepared for the weight of glory and to handle the blessings that He has for us AND to often get other people who are part of our blessings/Promises prepared for us. It is during this gap that too many of us get discouraged and become tempted to give up or completely give up on what God told us. Stay in the fight!!!! It is with faith AND patience that we will grab hold of and see the Promises of God in our lives.
